Hello everyone!
My name is Bade and I created this blog to document my ELT Instructional Technologies class. I was born in 31 Jan 2003, so I am 21 years old :) I enjoy learning languages, drawing, writing stories, reading, playing video games and listening to fiction podcasts.
My favorite genres in general are science fiction, fantasy (i prefer urban fantasy) and contemporary. I also dabble a bit in writing myself. I have written some short stories about my own characters. I also enjoy drawing whether it's my own characters or characters from media.
I picked a forest theme for my blog because my surname actually means "pine tree and grass" but in Turkish. (People assume the "kır" refers to breaking,though...)
When I'm not studying or drawing, you can find me petting every cat I see.
As for my academic history, I am from İstanbul but I studied at İzmir Kız Lisesi in highschool. I also majored in software engineering at Üsküdar University for a year but had a lot of troubles. (Long story!) Now I am here in Marmara and I am the happiest I've been academically.
